Verde Cocina Celebrates National Farmers Market Week
Verde Cocina Celebrates National Farmers Market Week
August is here, and with it comes National Farmers Market Week happening Sunday, August 4 through Saturday, August 10! At Verde Cocina, we're celebrating this special week by honoring the incredible local farmers and vendors who make our Pacific Northwest so vibrant. Their dedication to sustainable and fresh produce allows us to craft the delicious Pacific Northwest-Mexican dishes you love.
We're grateful for the rich bounty of local ingredients that inspire our menu. Fresh, seasonal produce from our region helps us create dishes that are both unique and rooted in our community.
Visit our food stand at Portland's local farmers markets and support other local farmers and vendors while you're there!
Here's where you can find us this year:
Portland State University Farmers Market
Saturdays, 9 am - 2 pm at SW Park
Shemanski Farmers Market
Wednesdays, 10 am - 2 pm at SW Main
Oregon Health & Science University Farmers Market
