Happy New Year from all of us at Verde Cocina! As we welcome 2025, we want to thank you for being part of our community. Your support means the world to us, and we're excited to continue sharing fresh, flavorful meals with you this year. 


To kick off 2025, we're shaking things up at the bar! If you haven't already, come try our new cocktail and mocktail creations, perfect for toasting to new beginnings. Here's a couple of our favorites:


  • Mariposa Monarca: A tribute to the monarch butterfly migration in Mexico. Crafted with Uruapan Mexican rum, strawberry-infused Campari, lime and mango juice, and a touch of pineapple syrup, this cocktail is fruity and vibrant.


  • Chavela: A delightful twist on the classic Mai Tai. Featuring local Metolius Artisan Chai Tea, blended seamlessly with Plantation pineapple rum, reposado tequila, Narano orange liqueur, and a splash of lime.


  • Anne's Lemonade (non-alcoholic): Named after one of our co-owners and her passion for Metolius' teas and lavender, Anne's Lemonade features Gin Free, Metolius lavender syrup, freshly squeezed lemon, and a splash of soda.


  • A La Temporada (non-alcoholic): Cheers to seasonal goodness with our A La Temporada mocktail. Crafted with Orange Spirit Free, seasonal fruit, Metolius vanilla syrup, and a hint of lemon. Ask one of our bartenders for the current seasonal fruit flavor.
