Huevos Rancheros
The Verde Cocina version is like nothing you've ever tasted before:  our own handmade corn tortillas, spread with white bean and garbanzo mash, topped with two, Egg It On Farms free-range, non-GMO fried eggs, a little cheese, fresh salsa ranchera, fresh market bean salad and tons of market veggies.  (Vegetarian, no gluten ingredients used) $8

Chilaquiles (chee la kee les)
Our own handmade corn tortillas scrambled with two Egg It On Farms free-range, non-GMO eggs, topped with salsa ranchera and tons of veggies.  (Vegetarian, no gluten ingredients used) $8

Buenos Dias Breakfast
Two Egg It On Farms free-range, non-GMO eggs, scrambled with veggies, topped with salsa ranchera and a little cheese, more veggies, and fresh, locally sourced, great big chunks of BACON!  Oh, and two handmade fresh corn tortillas on the side.  (No gluten ingredients used) $9

Gringas
Soft, rolled tacos, using our own handmade tortillas spread with garbanzo mash, stuffed with market veggies or fresh, Sweet Briar Farms  pork, topped with our own housemade mole sauce, served with a fresh market side salad.  (Veggie version is vegan and both use no gluten ingredients)  Veggie $8  Pork $9

Tofu Molé
Organic tofu with our famous molé sauce, served with black and white bean salad, lots of market veggies, and handmade tortillas. (Vegan, no gluten ingredients)  $8

Aguas Frescas
This drink varies weekly and features traditional Mexican beverages, and new versions, like Strawberry Apple, and Mojito Mint-Lime, and hot Mexican cider when it's cold out!  $2
VERDEcocina is committed to using the best ingredients in all we do, with an emphasis on locally sourced food.  Nowhere is this more evident than in our Farmers Market Menu.  Each morning at the market, Chef Noe scouts out the best produce he can find to incorporate into his dishes.  We are particularly proud of the relationships we've developed with farmers at Egg It On Farms, Sweet Briar Farms, Sexton Ranches, Spring Hill and Gathering Together Farms.
