Verde Cocina is a Pacific Northwest farm-to-fork food company. We are proud farmers market hot food vendors, wholesale food product makers, and now Verde Cocina has its first cafe.
We opened the doors for business very quietly on August 10. Thank you for all the incredible support we've found in Hillsdale! We couldn't be more thrilled.
You can still find us at the farmers market...
Portland Farmers Market Shemanski Winter Market at Shemanski Park, Saturday's now through Feb 25.
And during the regular season (Portland Farmers Market at PSU starts March 17):
Lake Oswego Farmers Market on Saturday's, PFM's Pioneer Courthouse Square, on Monday's, and
OHSU's Farmers Market on Tuesday's.
